Pre-Race Packet Pickup
Join us the before the Summer Scamper to pass out packets to participants. This is a good position if you are 16 or older and can sit or stand for a couple hours.
Vendor Assistance
Help vendors set up their booths by transporting items from cars to their assigned spot, helping set up tables and tents. At the end of the night help vendors break down and load out. This is a good position if you can lift, bend, stand and walk for extended periods of time. Role for 16 years or older.
Registration / Check-In Table
Pass out shirts & bibs to pre-registered participants and help folks register who show up day-of. This is a good position if you’re comfortable with technology and are okay to sit for a few hours. Role for 16 years or older.
Greeting & Floating
Are you up for anything? Fantastic! Floaters will help fill in positions that need extra support and/or float around the event area to answer questions, direct folks, help with waste management, and more!
Course Assistance
Pass out water and cheer on participants. This is a good position if you have a positive attitude and can stand and cheer for a couple hours.
ID Check
Checking IDs for the beer garden. This is a good position if you’re 21 or older and organized.
Clean-Up
Help the event team in taking down the event area and loading this to the proper place. This is a good position if you can lift, bend, stand and walk for extended periods of time.
