Booth Registration

We’re excited to have you join us for the 3rd Annual High Line Canal Summer Scamper, 5K for All and Canal Summer Fest. The event takes place the evening of June 25 at Bible Park in Denver. Event participants are invited to arrive starting at 5 p.m. with the 5K beginning at 6:30 p.m. The Canal Summer Fest will be open 5 – 8 p.m.

This vendor request form needs to be completed by June 5, 2025 to guarantee space and supplies for you at the finish line festival. Please review the following vendor expectations:

  • Vendor load-in is projected to take place from 4:15 – 5 p.m. with participants beginning to arrive at 5 p.m.
  • Vendor load-out will begin at 8 p.m. Please check-in with event organizers at 8 p.m. if you need help breaking down and loading out your booth supplies.
  • To locate your booth space the evening of the event, please check-in with event organizers.
  • Event organizers will have carts to assist with load-in. Please note, there is a walk from parking to the event location and cars cannot drive into the event area to unload.
  • We strongly encourage vendors to bring their own custom-branded tents, tables, etc. Event organizers have a limited number of tents and tables. They will be offered in the order vendors complete this request form. All vendors will be made aware before the event what supplies we have.
  • We encourage an interactive booth activity and/or giveaways to help generate traffic at your booth. We anticipate 500 participants so please plan accordingly if bringing giveaways.
  • We ask that vendors please stand for the duration of the festival to welcome and engage with participants. If there is a physical limitation precluding you from standing please let us know of any accessibility requests. We will try to accommodate accessibility needs to ensure this is an inclusive event for all.

An email will be sent to all vendors approximately one week before the event with logistical details and confirming any supplies the event organizers can provide per your request.

If you need to cancel your participation at any time, please let us know by emailing Keely Quinn at keely@highlinecanal.org.
